摘  要: 高师素质教育要优化和完善师范生特有的素质结构,这一方面包含了具有大学普遍共性的横向拓展素质,如思想道德素质、人文素质、身体心理素质、学科专业素质;另一方面也包含了具有高师独特性的纵向提升素质,如教育专业素质、师范人格素质以及师范生作为未来教师从事教育教学活动的创新素质等。这是对高师素质教育的定位、规定与指向的基本概括。在这一规定和指向下,高师素质教育改革要从塑造"三种精神"、构建"两种体系"入手。The quality education of higher teacher education is to optimize and improve the special quality structure of pedagogical students. It includes the universal transverse qualities such as moral quality, humanity quality, physical and psychological quality and specialty quality. It also includes some longitudinal promoting qualities, such as pedagogical quality, normal personality quality and creativity quality for pedagogical students to perform future teaching activities. All these are the summary of the orientation, regulation and directing of the quality education of higher teacher education. Under this regulation and directing, the reform and practice of the quality education of higher teacher education should be carried out from the training of 'three spirits' and constructing 'two systems'.
