教学规范转型与高师改革

摘　　要：基础教育课程改革促使传统的教学规范必须转型。这种转型以建构主义学习理论、多元智能和后现代课程观等全新的理论为支撑,同时,也给高师教育提出了多方面挑战。高师教育应采取必要策略,化挑战为机遇,乘势而上,实现自身跨越发展。The reformation in the elementary curriculum demands that the traditional teaching scheme must be transformed. Supported by such brandnew theories as structuralism learning theory, multiple intelligence and postmodern curriculum theory, this transformation brings various challenges to the higher education of teachertraining. Adequate tactics must be adopted so as to meet the challenge and actualize its rapid development.
