摘 要:研究了用于浸油的玉米胚挤压膨化系统参数 (模孔孔径、套筒温度、物料含水率、螺杆转速 )对各考察指标 (粕的残油率、剪切强度及糊底程度 )的影响规律 ,并对其参数进行了优选。同时对最佳参数的膨化玉米胚与传统浸油的轧胚玉米胚、原始玉米胚的显微结构进行对比分析。研究表明 :玉米胚挤压膨化系统参数选择合适 ,浸出时玉米胚不糊筛底 ,残油率小于 0 .5 %。The influence of the parameters (diameter of die nozzle, barrel temperature, material moisture and screw speed) of an extrusion system of maize germ on observed indices (residual oil ratio of meal, shear strength and degree of adherence to sieve) was experimentally studied in this paper. The maize germ is used for solvent extraction of oil. The parameters of this extrusion system were optimized and the differences of microstructure among extruded, pressed and the original maize germ were compared and analyzed. The test results of solvent extraction of oil indicate that the meal of extruded maize germ does not adhere to the sieve and the residual oil ratio of extruded maize germ is less than 0 5% when the parameters of the extrusion system are selected reasonably.
