摘　　要：开设《心理卫生》课程是我校对大学生进行心理健康教育的途径之一,该课程的教学采取课堂讲授和案例教学,课程调研和问题讨论,分组讨论以及心理行为训练等方式。为提高该课程教学实效,笔者提出:(1)创造一个全校上下重视心理卫生的氛围;(2)重视教学方法及相关课题的研究;(3)不断完善教学内容并编写适合农业院校大学生使用的教材。Mental health education in our college is carried out mainly through the teaching of a mental health course and the major teaching approaches include classroom instruction, case instructions, research and survey, thematic discussions and group discussions, and their mental behavior training, etc. To improve the teaching results, the authors of this paper put forward three points: first, an atmosphere should be created so that everyone in the university, from the top leaders to ordinary students, pays attention to problems of mental health; second, great importance should be attached to the teaching and researching of mental health education; third, teaching materials adaptable to the needs of students of agricultural colleges should be written and updated.
