摘 要:在热传递模型基础上推导了二参数(时间因子与比例因子)控温理论公式,对于实时控制过程,因时间因子有较强的鲁棒性可固定不变,而对比例因子采用智能算法在线自适应调整,本算法具有简单快速的特点,对大惯性系统能获得较快而无超调的动态特性、其控温效果明显优于常规的PID调节器。The new intelligent algorithm of two parametes (time and proportion) for tem-prature control system is proposed, and the results showed that the controllers preformed more suitable and better than the traditional P1D controller. The time parameter have been made to ture previously and the proprtion parameter preforms real-time recursive estimation, It is simple and applicable control algorithim. Based upon feedback, the influence of time-varying parameter is reduced, and two parameters are complement each other, The contraller is adaptive and to respond rapidly and without overshoot for control systems with large inerta.
