摘　　要：高校人事档案管理的创新、完善及其信息价值功能的进一步增强,是高校开发和培养师资的重要 前提。分析目前高校人事档案管理中存在的主要问题,并提出了解决这些问题的对应之策。The innovation, the perfection and the improvements in its value function in information are the prerequisites to the development of universities and their training for teachers. The paper makes an analysis and a classification for the personnel files in universities; it also carries out research into the value function for choosing teachers in universities for leaders and the supervision and monitoring function for the concerning parties; finally, the paper analysis the problems in file management in universities, and puts forward the solution to these problems.
