高等职业教育教学改革的若干思考

摘　　要：高职教育虽蓬勃发展,但其教育教学质量及社会认可度远未达到理想状态。要走出一条"特色+质量"的发展道路,必须重新审视高中人才培养目标,切实转变教学观念,创新教学理念,健全评估手段,加强师资队伍建设等。通过深化教育教学改革,使高职教育不断发展状大,成为优化高等教育结构和资源配置的重要砝码。At present, higher vocational education develop vigorously. However, i ts teaching quality and social approval are not very well.In order to follow the road of characteristic+quality, we should look colsely at talent training targe t in middle school again, change teaching idea,innovate taeching idea, perfect t he ways of evaluation, enhance the construction of teaching staff. Through furth er the teaching reform we can make higher vocational education grow greatly and become the important weight to optimize the structure and resource allocation of higher education.
