摘 要:团队意识与合作能力是现代人力资源开发和培养的一项主要目标。调查显示:大学生团队意识总体良好,高度认同培养团队合作能力的重要性,但自评团队合作能力较低;性别之间有一定差异;独生子女大学生团队意识与合作能力略高于非独生子女;传统的教学方法和考核方式是培养学生团队合作能力的主要障碍。为此,转变教学理念,改革教学方法和考核方式,实行以学生为主体、团队学习为重要形式的教学,应成为深化教学改革和提升大学生团队合作能力的一项战略举措。Team consciousness and cooperation ability is one of the main objectives of cultivating and developing modern human resource.Research shows that students'team consciousness is generally good and students highly recognize the importance of training team cooperation ability .However , the self-assessment of team cooperation ability is inadequate and there exists gender difference .Students who are the single child in the families have slightly higher team consciousness and cooperation ability than those not coming from single-child families.Traditional teaching and assessment methods are the main obstacle to train students'team cooperation ability .Therefore, changing teaching idea , reforming teaching and assessment methods , taking students as the main body and team learning as the important form of teaching , should be a strategic measure for deepening education reform and promoting university students'teamwork ability .
