摘  要:本文针对弧焊焊缝跟踪常规PID控制的不足,提出了自适应模糊控制方案,通过实时改变调整因子α的值,实现对模糊控制规则的调整,提高了系统的适应性,采用此方案设计了单片机自适应模糊控制器,并给出了系统的软硬件设计。仿真和试验结果表明,自适应模糊控制可以显著减少系统的超调量和调节时间,改善控制效果。In weld-seam tracking, as the general PIDcontroller's adaptability is finite, an approach of designinga self-adaptive fuzzy controller is presented in the paper.By adjusting the weighting factorαunder different workingconditions, fuzzy rules can be regulated on-line and fuzzycontroller's adaptability can be raised. To realize weld-seamtracking in arc welding, such a fuzzy controller is designed,the structure of hardware and software is presented. It isproved by simulations and tests that self-adjusting fuzzycontroller can decrease the overshooting and settling time,improving the controlling effect.
