培养符合素质教育要求的新型师资——孝感学院改革教师教育人才培养模式的尝试

摘　　要：《基础教育课程改革纲要(试行)》对教师提出了新的要求,教师教育也面临新的挑战。为了培养符合素质教育要求的新型师资,孝感学院在改革教师教育人才培养模式方面进行了积极探索,一是关注基础教育课程改革,提高对改革教师教育人才培养模式的认识;二是修订教师教育专业本科人才培养方案,改革课程体系和教学内容;三是改革学与教的方式。Based on Curriculum Reformation Program for China's Elementary Education, teacher education is facing new challenges. In order to produce teachers competent for the designed quality-oriented elementary education, Xiaogan University has launched a set of reformation in its teacher-training program. First, keep close attention to reformation of elementary education and get fully prepared; second, revise teacher-training program and modify syllabus and teaching materials; third, upgrade learning and teaching methods.
