摘　　要：语言是文化的重要载体 ,以文化为底座 ,又受制于文化这个底座。文化的差异性决定着表现特定文化的语言也具有差异性 ,这会给人们的交流、语言学习带来巨大困难 ,因此 ,在外语学习过程中 ,努力提高文化素养是十分重要的。外国文化知识具有可习得性 ,但学习的内容应有所选择并分阶段、循序渐进。Languages are the important carriers of cultures ,t ake culture as the foundation and are controlled by the foundation.The cultural difference decides the difference of language which expresses specialized cultur e.The difference may bring people great difficulties in their communication and language learning.Therefore in the process of learning foreign language it is ve ry important to raise cultural accomplishment.The knowledge of foreign culture c ontains acquisition but the contents of study should be elected in stages,follow ing in order and advancing step by step.
