摘　　要：从词语、句子、语篇三个不同层次探讨了汉英互译过程中由于文化不同、思想方式不同、句子结构不同等造成的损失的必然性,以及如何对待这些损失。This paper discusses the inevitability of loss caused by differences in cultures, thought patterns, sentence structures in the courses of English_Chinese and Chinese_English translation at different levels of word, sentence and discourse. It also discusses the proper ways to deal with the losses.
