摘　　要：从营养化学观点叙述了食物中的主要组分及科学摄取营养成分的重要性 ,并强调要提高素质、增强自我保健是健康之本。The main components in food were described on the nutrition chemical viewpoint and the importance to absorb nutritions components scientifically was presented.Finally,the author stressed that to improve the quality of the body and to enhance the self-protection of health are the health base.
