摘　　要：本文在知识创新原理的基础上 ,研究了面向知识创新的人力资源管理的必要性 ,进而围绕个体管理、团体管理、学习型组织、知识创新管理制度、知识创新激励制度。Based on the principle of the knowledge innovation,the necessity of the knowledge innovation oriented human resource management was studied.Then the strategy of the knowledge innovation oriented human resource management was brought out in the following six aspects,that is,the individual management,the group management,learning organization,knowledge innovation management system,knowledge innovation inspiriting system and the innovation culture.
