摘　　要：外籍教师已成为我国高校引进国外智力资源的重要组成部分,在高校人才培养和教学改革方面发挥了重要作用,高校应改善外籍教师的英语教学,完善其教学管理,最大限度地挖掘其在教学上的优势。Foreign teachers have become an important part of introducing intellectual resources among colleges and universities in China. They are playing an important role in training talents and teaching reform. Meanwhile, it is worthwhile to improve the overall management of foreign teachers?English teaching in Chinese class so as to explore its advantages to the greatest.
