摘　　要：随着学科综合化趋势的加强,高校以往的校—院(系)—教研室单一化的纵向管理模式已经不能适应社会的发展,迫切需要变革与创新。而矩阵组织结构的运用无疑能够更好地取代以往单一的直线职能制结构,促进我国高校学科建设与发展。As the development of interdisciplinary,the current disciplinary structure of'university-school(de-partment)-- - teaching and research group'can not fit the challenge of society,and need to change and inno-vate.So we should exert the matrix framework to replace the former structure.The latter will improve the dis-ciplinary construction of the university
