摘　　要：文章认为渭南教育改革和发展思路应在以建立市场经济为目标，以改革开放为国策的有中国特色社会主义理论指导下，以为地方经济建设服务为目标，以提高全体人民尤其是青少年一代的整体素质为目的，以梯级推进为策略，促进渭南教育的现代化。The author believes that the education reform in Weinan should aim at establishing the local market economy and should be guided by the present policy of opening up to the outside world.Education reform in Weinan will enable the city's education modernization and improve the local people's , especially the younger generation's level of competitive competence as a whole.
