摘  要:通过对广州市4所小学英语课程实施基本情况的分析,我们发现目前小学英语课程实施的一些共同问题:1.地方集权式的课程发展模式;2.课程实施的出发点是忠实于教材而不是学生需要;3.课程实施的层次仍处于“机械地使用”的水平。为此,我们提出如下建议:1.重新审视“英语课程与教学论”,改革英语教师课程设置;2.确立开放的,有弹性的课程研制与实施策略;3.加强文件课程的研制;4.做好教师职业发展工作。Some common problems are found in the curriculum implementation of primary English when analyzing the four primary schools in Guangzhou. These problems involve the curriculum development model of local centralization, taking the starting point of curriculum implementation as being faithful to the teaching materials not to the requirements of students, the curriculum implementation remaining on the level of mechanic use. Therefore, some suggestions are put forward on the base of these problems. First, reexamine closely the English curriculum and teaching theories, make innovations on the curriculum for English teachers. Second, establish open and flexible strategies of curriculum development and implementation. Third, strengthen the development of formal curriculum. Fourth, improve the work of teachers' professional development.
