摘　　要：自从普拉哈拉德和汉默尔于1990年提出了企业核心能力的概念后,企业核心能力理论得到了迅速的发展。本文在对企业核心能力流派进行简要分析的基础上,基于核心能力资源观提出了一种企业核心能力定义,并在该定义的基础上指出了企业核心能力的一些特性。Since Prahalad and Hamel brought forward the concept of Core compete nce of enterprise,the theory of Core competence of enterprise has been great of development. The definiton of Core competence refers to recognize and develop i t. Based on the analysis of schools of enterprise core competence , author has d efinition of the enterprise's core competence , and takes up some characters of enterprise core competence.
