摘　　要：道德品质的形成发展是内在心理要素和外在激励要素的统一、知与行的统一、道德意识和道德实践的统一。它需要经过两个飞跃:一是外在的社会意识内化为个体的道德意识,从而实现从社会意识到个体意识的飞跃;二是实现从个体意识到道德行为实践的飞跃。实现这两个飞跃的桥梁和纽带是道德品质形成发展内化和外化的运行机制,只有在该运行机制的作用下经过上述两个飞跃,才能够形成个体人道德行为的相对稳定的特质和倾向。The study on internal and external mechanism of moral character's formation and development has great significance in theory and practice. The formation and development of moral character is due to the combinations of internal psychological factors and external stimulating factors, learning and action, moral consciousness and moral practice. There should be two leaps in the process of forming and developing moral character. The internal and external mechanisms of moral character's formation and development are the bridge and tie of realizing the two leaps. Only through these two leaps under the mechanisms, could the relatively steady feature and propensity of individual moral conduct come into being. Therefore, the study on functions and basic principles of the mechanisms will be of great importance in pushing the research on morality forward, directing students better in practice and improving the levels of morality.
