摘　　要：大学生必须适应时代要求设计自己的成才道路。从成长设计到取得成效是一个自我管理过程。自我管理主要是抓好分析自身优势、设计发展方向、确定实施方式、实行"镜像检验",规定最后期限等环节。University students must meet the needs of era and design one's own becoming a useful person in the road . It is a self- management from growing up and design to the effect of making. Self- management does a good job of analysing one's own advantage, designing the direction, determining to be' the mirror image is examined ' to implement the way and implement mainly, stipulate that deadline date waits for the link .
