完善职业教育体系条件保障的思考

摘　　要：以德国在双元制职业教育体系的发展过程中逐步完善其运行的保障条件为切入点，针对我国现行职业教育体系保障条件存在的主要问题，探索完善我国职业教育体系的保障条件：我国的职业教育体系需要政府在发展政策上的宏观调控保障；进一步强化我国职业教育体系的经费保障；切实加大职业教育的执法力度，完善职业教育法律法规建设；强化劳动预备制度，规范就业准入，提供良好的就业环境。Beginming with perfecting gradually the assurance conditions in the course of dual system vocational education in German, in accordance with the major problems in our vocational education system, the author explores the assurance conditions to perfect our vocational education system, regards that our vocational education system needs macro-adjustment in policy from government. We should enhance the fund assurance further, strengthen to enforce laws and perfet the constrution of regulations and rules relating to vocational education, emphasize labour preparatory system, standard the entry of employment and provide good employment environment.
