摘　　要：职业教育在全国建设小康社会的战略中肩负着重要的历史使命。我国走新型工业化道路需要大力发展职业教育，人力资源开发和能力建设离不开职业教育，解决我国就业问题的重要举措之一是加强职业教育，城市化发展必然需求职业教育与之相适应，实现农村现代化的重要途径是发展农村职业教育，创建终身教育体系和学习化社会也离不开职业教育。China's following the road of new industrialization needs to develop vocational education rapidly, development of human resource and construction of ability can't leave from vocational education. One of the important measures to resolve the employment is to enhance vocational education. Vocational education needs to adapt the development of urbanization. The important path to achieve rural modernization is to develop rural vocational education. Constructing life-long education system hinges on vocational education.
