摘　　要：文章利用心理学的认知原理 ,探讨了以认知方式为依据的直观词汇教学法和迁移词汇记忆法 ,同时强调学习动机与兴趣对英语学习的重要性。The paper introduces the following dialectical relations. By so doing, the paper presents the theoretical and practical value. The first one is the teaching method of object vocabulary on the basis of the cognitive style. The second one is the English vocabulary memory on the basis of the cognitive style. And the last one is the importance of English vocabulary teaching made by the cognitive psychological mechanisms of intentions, interests, and so on.
