摘 要:从水果样品中分离到一菌株QAX0219#,该菌株经液态发酵可产生不溶性的凝胶膜,通过纤维素酶水解实验,初步确定其发酵产物为纤维素;对其合成纤维素工艺进行初步研究,结果显示以7%蔗糖,1.0%(V/V)无水乙醇,0.5%酵母膏,0.5%Na2HPO4,0.1%柠檬酸为培养基,8%接种量,pH6.0,在30℃静态培养的条件下,干膜产量可高达2.13g/L。High-yield cellulose-producing strain QAX0219 was isolated from the rind of fruits. And it can yield in the liquid the insoluble gel-like cellulose, by hydrolysis with cellulose. The main component of gel-like cellulose by QAX0219# was confirmed to be cellulose. Investigating the fermentation condition, the best culture medium was found to be 7.0% cane sugar, 0.5% yeast extract, 0.5% Na2HPO4, 0.1% citric acid, 1.0% (V/V) ethanol, pH 6.0, 8% inoculum size. Final yield of the dry cellulose reached 2.13 g/L. Moreover, the strain has a potential agitated cultural applicability.
