摘　　要：在简要介绍目前含有高浓度油脂废水的产生和排放现状之后,总结分析了最近几年来一些具有一定代表性的生物处理方法的研究成果,同时提出了今后油脂废水处理技术的一点建议。After a brief introduction of the current situation of the formation of oil-containing wastewater from industrial factories and popular food-drinking services and their severe damage effect on the water environment, the advanced research works of some typical techniques treating wastewater with high lipid concentration by aerobic biodegra-dation with dominant microorganisms of bacteria or yeasts were progressively illustrated, and then the further development of the technology was discussed.
