摘　　要：中小企业是我国国民经济发展中的一支重要力量。本文提出了中小企业发展中的问题,分析了其中原因,并从制度创新的角度提出了发展途径。Medium and small-sized enterprises is one of the most important forces in the national economic development. This paper points out some questions of medium and small-sized enterprises, analyzes their causes, puts forward ways in the direction of institutional innovation.
