摘　　要：我们采用缺口翻译技术,以放射性32~p标记来自鼠伤寒沙门氏菌23566的染色体DNA 8.0kb片段,作为特异性探针,对从食品、污水标本中分离出的13种(型)16株沙门氏菌及1株亚利桑那菌进行了菌落杂交检测,同时对17株非沙门氏菌进行了检测。结果表明:该特异性探针可100％地检出实验沙门氏菌而不与非沙门氏菌发生交叉。接种的菌量在10~2时,经培养就可得到良好的杂交结果。We used ^(32)P-labeled 8.0kb DNA fragment of chromosome from S. typhimurium 23566 by nicktranslation,which as Specific probe detect 16 Salmonella of 13 serotypes and 1 arizonae Separated from food and polluted water. Otheriwse, we also assaied 17 non-salmonella with the DNA probe.The results showed that all hybridization Occurred between the probe and the Salmonella, and no hybridization between the probe and non-salmonella. When the amount of inoculation at 10~2, the good result of hybridization will be obtained by culture.
