摘　　要：健商———有利于提高生命质量的新概念。高校体育是学校体育教育的最后阶段 ,高校体育教学具有与社会相衔接的特点。通过对HQ内涵与外延及高校体育教学在培养学生HQ作用的分析 。HQ is a new concept which is beneficial to improve life quality. University PE is the last stage of school physical education, therefore, university physical education is the connector with society. Through the analysis of the connotation and extension of HQ and the role of HQ in cultivating students, the paper points out the importance of cultivating HQ in modern society as well as main methods to cultivate students' HQ through university physical education.
