摘  要:为提高诊断学教学质量,改革传统教学方法。我院99级甲班采用以讲授为主的传统教学方法,乙班则采用讲授与以问题为基础的学习(PBL)教学相结合的方法。两班教学效果表明,PBL教学方法在提高学生的学习积极性、培养学生自学能力方面起着重要作用。但要进一步完善PBL教学方法,还应结合国情在实践中不断改进。The objective of this paper is to improve the quality of diagnostic teaching and innovate traditional teaching methods. The conventional method of lecturing is adopted for Class A of Grade 99, whereas the combination of lecturing and PBL is employed for Class B. It has been demonstrated in the course of teaching that the PBL teaching method has played an important role in enhancing students' proactivity in class as well as developing their self-taught abilities. An improved PBL teaching method requires a steady improvement of PBL in accordance with the national conditions.
