手术局部解剖学实验课教学改革的探索

摘　　要：局部解剖学是一门实践性强的学科,与临床手术学科联系密切.近二年来,三峡大学医学院将局部解剖学与外科手术学进行合并教学,改革教学内容和教学方法,编写了"合二为一"的改革教材手术局部解剖学.在实验教学中,进行"三个结合",促进"一个转变"的探索,收到了良好的教学效果.The regional anatomy is a strong practicing course, and has a close relations with basic and clinical medicine courses, particularly with surgical operation, so it has the extensive application. The department of regional anatomy compiled a book of operative regional anatomy with department of surgery in order to reform the content and the methods of the courses two years ago.On that basics, we could unite the traditional autopsy experiments with the surgical operation,and change the theoretic experiments into the integrated ones. In experimental teaching ,using the 'three combination' and the 'one transformation', we have got good teaching results.
