摘　　要：顾客期望的提高以及产品寿命期的缩短使企业感受到前所未有的压力,企业发现只有整合整个供应链的资源才能生存下去。针对传统供应链的弊端及市场需求提出供应链管理的创新思路。从三个层面探讨企业间合作对策和委托实现机制的具体实施。实现供应链的高效运作,使企业在激烈的市场竞争中占有一席之地。The increase of customer expectation and the shortened product life cycle bring about the pressure that many enterprises have never met before. It is found out that only by integrating the resources of the whole supply chan can the enterprise survive. Considering the disadvantages of traditional supply chain and market demand, the paper proposes the innovation on supply chain management, and the channels of implementing enterprise collaboration.
