摘　　要：灵芝保健酒以灵芝为主,辅以枸杞,经优级食用酒精提取,用优质口子酒勾兑而成。该酒酒度低,营养价值高,是具有独特风味的滋补保健酒。灵芝经粉碎后,先用10倍体积(质量与体积比=1∶10)的95%食用优级酒精于60℃提取4h,然后过滤出滤液,将残渣用8倍体积的85%食用酒精在相同温度下继续提取2h,残渣再用6倍体积的70%食用酒精提取2h。合并3次提取液,过滤后,真空浓缩至完全除去食用酒精为止。用55度优质口子酒、灵芝和枸杞提取物、纯净水勾兑成酒度为25度的保健营养酒。(庞晓)Ganoderma lucidum coupled with medlar,distilled by quality edible alcohol,was then blended with quality Kouzi Liquor to produce ganoderma lucidum health wine.The wine was of low alcoholicity and high nutritional value and had special taste.It was pro-duced through the following operations:after grinding of ganoderma lucidum,the granules distilled by95%quality edible alcohol at60℃for4h(quantity∶volume=1∶10),then filtrate obtained through filtration,the residual dregs distilled sequentially by85%quality ed-ible alcohol at60℃for2h(quantity∶volume=1∶8),then after filtration,the residual dregs distilled sequentially by70%quality edible alcohol at60℃for2h(quantity∶volume=1∶6),then all the filtrate concentrated for filtration,and edible alcohol removed completely through vacuum concentration,then quality Kouzi Liquor of55alcohol degree,the extractive of ganoderma lucidum and medlar,and purified water blended together to produce health wine of25alcohol degree.(Tran.by YUE Yang)
