摘　　要：对泉州师院的发展进行研究,提出了"科学定位、培育特色、创新体制、开放办学、保证教学、加强科研、优化师资、多元筹资、建好校园、改革后勤"等十大办学战略.This article studies the development of Quanzhou Normal University after being upgraded into a university from a college. It puts forward ten strategies of running a university such as ' fixing the university position scientifically,displaying the educational characteristics,creating new systems,running university openly,guaranteeing teaching quality,reinforcing scientific research,optimizing the qualification of teachers,financing with multi-channels,building an ideal campus and reforming the logistics department', etc.
