摘　　要：醋蛋和花生都含有特殊的营养成分,用醋蛋液浸泡的花生具有多种保健功能。该文主要介绍了醋蛋花生的制作工艺及操作要点。Both peanut and vinegar egg have the special nutrients. The peanut soaked with the vinegar egg liquid has health protection functions.
