摘 要:在妇幼卫生示范县之一的上海市奉贤县选择两个经济文化水平相当的乡,一个乡作为干预组,采取形式多样的手段进行健康教育;另一个乡作为对照组,不采取任何的干预措施。干预前后共进行了三次膳食调查,将不同月龄、不同组别和不同调查次数作为三个处理因素,采用三因素方差分析方法进行分析,结果表明:(1)两组营养素摄入量第二、三次调查结果均比第一次高。(2)从营养素摄入量增长趋势看,健康教育组增高较对照组明显。结论:加强健康教育能改善婴幼儿的营养素的摄入量。Two townships in Fentxian counth,Shanghai city,were randomly selected to study effect of health education on improving nutrition status. In the first township (health education group) information and scientific knowledgy on adequate food and anemia prevention was delivered to parents and rural doctors. Methods of health education included radio broadcasting,pamphlets,lectures and blackboard education etc. In the second township(control group),no intervention was provided except cross-sectional survey. The results indicated that nutrient intake of two groups in the second and the third investigation was higher than that in the first one. Nutrient intake of education group increased much more than that of control group. According to the results above, we considered that nutrition education is a practicable approach to increase nutrient intake of children.
