对自学考试应用型专业教育办学条件、质量等深层次问题的思考

摘　　要：举办高等教育自学考试应用型专业 (以下简称应用型专业教育 )是充分发挥高等院校资源优势 ,加强自学考试助学辅导 ,提高自考生自学能力和考试质量的有益尝试。应用型专业教育更应注重考生能力和综合素质的培养 ,要建立与之相适应的质量保证体系。加强办学条件建设 ,注重教学组织与服务 ,强化全过程的管理监控 ,把握学生主体与老师主导的有机结合 ,完善支持服务体系 ,适度控制考生规模等 。Holding applied specialities of self-taugh higher eduation examinations(shorted applied specialized education)is to give full play to the resource advantege of institution.To strengthten coaching improve examinee teach oneself ability and test quality helpful to try sinece.Applied specialized education even more should pay attention to examinee ability and cultivation.Set up the quality certification system in conformity with it,such as condition,organization,service,controlling the wole course,and so on.The questions that must consider are as follows:holding student subject and teacher leading organic integration,perfecting service system of suporting,controlling examinee's scale wait for.
