摘　　要：文章通过对高职就业指导工作重要意义的分析,提出了以“全员参与、全程教育、全程指导、全程管理”为内涵的“全程就业教育”理念,着重研究了“全程就业教育”的工作机制,探讨了如何实施过程管理,加强跟踪服务,实现并拓展“全程就业教育”功能,切实提高学生的就业竞争力和就业率。This essay puts forward the concept of employment education in entire process of college study, which means each member's participation, the entire process of education, instruction and administration by demonstrating the meaning of employment instruction to higher vocational students. The author has made a research on issues of implementation of entire process of administration , enforcement of fellow - up service and suggests that the college should widen the function of employment education in entire process of college study. The purpose is to enhance the student' a-bility to compete as well as create more opportunities for higher vocational students to obtain jobs in society
