摘　　要：47例 2型糖尿病 (均 40岁以后发病 )家系先证者PCR SSCP检测出两种NEUROD1基因变异 ;Ala45Thr和Ile15 6Ile。 12 2例 40岁以后发病的 2型糖尿病患者和 13 2例正常对照Ala45Thr基因型和基因频率分布差异无显著性 ,提示NEUROD1基因Ala45Thr突变不是中国人 2型糖尿病的重要遗传因素。Two kinds of NEUROD1 gene mutations 〔Ala45Thr (GCC→ACC) and Ile156Ile (ATC→ATT)〕 were detected in 42 probands of type 2 diabetic families (onset over 40-years old). There were no significant differences in distributions and frequencies of Ala45Thr genotype and allele between 122 patients with type 2 diabetes and 132 normal controls, suggesting that Ala45Thr mutation of NEUROD1 gene is not an important genetic factor in type 2 diabetes patients in China.
