摘　　要：随着时代的发展 ,成人高等教育应当根据新的情况 ,进行创新 :1.以社会为主体 ,创新成人高等教育办学体制 ;2 .以普通高校为主体 ,构建成人高等教育骨干 ;3.以业余为主 ,创新成人高等教育教学模式。There should be a new innovation in tertiary education for adults in accordance with new conditions: 1. There should be a social system of adult tertiary education. 2. A mainstay of adult tertiary education should be constructed with general colleges and universities as its main body. 3. The teaching should be mainly given in the spare time and a new pattern of teaching should be created.
