摘　　要：分析了大城市中心区土地利用及城市交通特性 ,提出并建立了城市中心区道路网容量和停车容量模型 ,以及中心区土地利用与交通容量的互动优化模型 ,可用于对城市中心区合理开发强度、交通需求管理(TDM)Analyzed the landuse and transportation characteristic of large city center area, brought up and established the capacity model of road network and parking in city center area, established the interactive and optimizing model of the land exploitation and transportation capacity of city center area. It can be used for research and application of the reasonablely deve-lopment strength in city center area, transportation demand management (TDM).
