摘　　要：企业制度的完善是提高企业经营绩效的重要途径。风险企业不同于一般成熟企业的特点决定了其应采取一种特殊的企业制度,本文从权力结构和分配制度两方面对此进行了一些探讨。The perfection of Enterprise institution is the important way to improve the operation performance. The venture enterprise should take a special enterprise institution, because it is different from the average enterprise. This paper discusses this special institution from the right structure and dispatch institution.
