摘 要:优质学校是一个逐步改进和创造的过程,其根本旨归在于创建适应学生发展的学校教育模式。以往的学校改进的路径有两条:一是"理论先行,实践推广"的模式;二是"实践探索,总结提升"的模式。这两条路径不同程度地存在着缺陷。我们试图探寻学校发展的另一种模式:走大学与中小学合作行动研究的道路,在理论与实践的互动中建构学校发展的策略。这一过程所追求的目标有两个:一是学校文化的重建;二是学校教师能量的提升。Quality school is a long-term process of improving and creating. Its ultimate objective is to create the school educational model which supports all students' development. Usually there are two ways of school improving. One is 'Research—Development Model' and the other is 'Practice—Theory Model'. There are several disadvantages for the two models. We are searching for a new way of school improving: Researchers in university should co-operate with teachers in elementary schools, looking for the strategy from the interaction between the theory and practice. There are two basic dimensionalities for this movement. One is the reconstruction of school culture, the other is the promotion of school teachers.
