摘 要:文章通过对不同时期德国职业教育师资培养特点的描述和分析,勾划出德国职教师资培养的历史进程及主要模式,着重介绍并分析了19世纪下半叶以来和目前德国职教师资培养的基本模式、主要特点及其社会背景,并分析归纳了作为职教师资培养中最主要内容的技术专业的学科体系归属问题,以期予以借鉴。By the description and the analysis of the characteristics of teachers'training for vocational education in various periods in Germany, the essay probes into the history and models of teachers'training for vocational education in Germany, with the focus on the basic models, main features and social background of teachers'training for vocational education in Germany since the 1850s, and summarizes the issue that what the discipline system of technology major as the key part of teachers'training for vocational education belongs to, which can provide some reference for the reform on teachers'training for vocational education in China.
