论高校体育教师应具备的素质结构

摘  要:作为高校战线上重要组成部分 ,高校体育教师同样肩负着新时期高校教育改革 ,培养跨世纪全面发展人才的重任 ,因此 ,高校体育教师在不断提高运动技能的同时 ,也应时时注意思想修养的陶冶 ,升华和更新自身的知识结构 ,以便完成教书育人的使命。根据当代高等教育和体育发展对人才的要求 ,本文把高校体育教师素质结构分为智力因素 ,非智力因素和体质因素三大部分 ,并同时提出了提高。As an important part of college' line,college PE teachers take the same burden for the reformation of high education and educating 21st century full-scale developed talents in new period.Therefore , while PE teachers are improving their technique , they should also pay attention to their concepts' culturing,the structure of their knowledges ,so as to make them into good use in their work , accomplish the mission that teaching and educating people. According to nowadays high education and PE's development claiming for talents . quality structure of college PE teachers' consists of intellect factor , unintellect factor and physical factor , and it also introduce some advices and approaches about improving and completing these three parts in the articial.
