摘　　要：本文分析了高校教学改革与教师的关系,认为制约高校教学改革的主要因素是教师,指出在高校教学改革中教师应转变观念、提高素质、实施创新教育.This paper analyses the relationship between educational reform and teachers in colleges and universities. That teacher is the main factor in restricting the reform of vocational education. In the process of reformation, teachers should transform conception, improve quality and execute creative education.
