酪蛋白非磷肽抗生物氧化活性的研究

摘　　要：采用D-半乳糖致衰小鼠模型检验了酪蛋白非磷肽(CNPPs)的抗生物氧化能力。结果表明:小鼠给予CNPPs30d后,与模型对照组相比,血清中丙二醛(MDA)的含量显著降低(P<0.01),全血中谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)的活力显著增加(P<0.01),血清中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的活力显著增加(P<0.01)。CNPPs具有显著的抗氧化效果,可以延缓衰老。An animal model of aging established by Kunming mice treated with D-Dal was used to investigate the effect of CNPPs on antibiooxidation. The results showed that in comparison with control model the content of MDA in serum was resuced (P<0.01), the activity of GSH-Px in whole blood was increased (P<0.01), the activity of SOD in serum was increased (P<0.01)in the test model. CNPPs had a marked effect of antiooxidation and delaying aging.
