摘　　要：先证明具有脉冲 Logistic方程的正周期解存在的充要条件和吸引性 ,然后讨论具有脉冲和时滞的 L ogistic方程的正周期解存在性 ,推广了相应的结论 .In this paper, a sufficient and necessary condition for the existence and the gobal attractivity of the periodic solution of the Logistic equation with impulses are considered; and then, by using comparison theorem, the existence of the periodic solution is considered for the Logistic equation with impulses and delay; the corresponding ones are extended.
