摘  要:兰州师范高等专科学校教师职业技能课程的教学改革紧紧围绕学校师范性的特点,从培养学生教育教学必备的基本技能入手,确立了"一个中心、两个务必、三种品质、四个阶段、五个方面、六项能力、七项措施、综合创新"的目标体系,并在19992002级师范类专业学生中全面实施了从教学内容、授课方式到考试方法的改革与创新,初步形成了一套培养高等师范学校学生教师职业技能的有效方法。这套方法以其实践性、技能型的特点,使以学生为中心、师生互动的教学管理原则得到了贯彻执行。The teaching reform of courses involving teachers' professional skills centers around the features of teacher education, beginning with fundamental skills that are indispensable for students, establishing a set of objectives: one center, two musts, three qualities, four stages, five aspects, six abilities, seven measures and comprehensive innovations. Reforms and innovations involving teaching content, teaching mode, and examination methods have been conducted among the pre-service student teachers from the 1999-2002. A set of effective methods is born for cultivating students' professional skills. With its practicality and ability, this set of methods embodies the principle of student-centeredness and student-teacher interaction.
