摘　　要：高校系 (部 )教学管理是高等学校教学宏观管理具体实施和推进的关键所在 ,研究系部教学管理的现状 ,寻求系部教学管理的科学化、规范化 ,具有十分重要的意义。积极推进教学管理体制改革、充分发挥系部学术管理的作用、重视管理人员的素质培养等是加强高校系 (部 )管理 ,提高教育教学质量的有效途径。The fulfillment of the university's macro-policy lies in the teaching management at the departmental level, so it is essential to examine the status quo of departmental management and seek its rationalization and standardization. To restructure the managerial system, to bring to full play the academic management and to improve managers' competence prove to be the effective ways for enhancing the teaching management at the departmental level and the quality of education.
